For a decoding problem
Include browser and operating-system versions, file format, pixel dimensions, and the exact on-screen error. Do not attach a private QR image unless you have removed sensitive data.
For a dependency-list correction
Include the hostname, a public source describing its redirect behavior, and why the current label is incomplete or wrong.
Response expectation
Support is best effort. Urgent print approvals should rely on your printer, campaign owner, destination owner, and a tested physical proof.
